Who are your products for?
Anyone and everyone. Whether you’re in your hustle era, healing era, travel era, or tying-the-knot era — there’s something here for you. My products are made for people who want to express themselves through personal style and storytelling.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! Some of our most-loved items are available for pre-order to make sure you don’t miss out. If an item is marked pre-order, that means it’s not ready to ship just yet — but you’re securing yours in advance.
Estimated dispatch times will always be noted in the product description. Please note: If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the full order is ready.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only offer UK Shipping. International Shipping is something we want to branch out to. Fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location — full details provided at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. UK deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. International shipping can take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories. Please read our ‘Refund Policy‘ more more information.
Are your products handmade?
Some pieces are handmade or custom-designed, while others are carefully sourced to match the energy and story of each collection.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited-edition and tied to specific collections or “life chapters.” Once they’re gone, they may not return. Others might be restocked based on demand. Best to grab your fave while it’s live — or sign up for restock notifications!
