RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Hairstyledbymeg.com each item is individually quality-checked by hand before it leaves our studio to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair pieces are final sale and non-refundable.

In the Rare Case of Damage:

All orders are shipped with tracking, so we can confirm the exact delivery date. In the rare case your headband arrives damaged — whether due to delivery transit or poor handling during shipment — we’re happy to issue a full refund or resend the item, whichever you prefer.

To qualify:

  • Please send clear photo proof of the damage to hairstyledbymeg@outlook.com
  • This must be submitted within 2 days of the delivery date (as shown by tracking)

Please note:

  • Claims submitted after the 2-day window are not eligible for a refund or replacement. If you have any queries regarding this please contact us: hairstyledbymeg@outlook.com
  • Refunds/replacements apply where damage has been made to your order on its way to you, not for general dissatisfaction.
